Finding Flashy a new home
Friends & Family,
We would like your help finding a good home for our dog Flash. Among other allergies, we have just found that Jack is allergic to dogs. This exposure is causing him to have asthma symptoms (also recently diagnosed) that require days of many different medications and breathing treatments. This is hard on Jack, not to mention his parents. So, unfortunately our only option is to find a new home for Flash (or Dashy as Jack calls her).
The best case scenario we think is either a widow/widower who is retired and needs a friend OR a family with children ages 5 and up who will be able to give her lots of attention.
Flash is a chihuahua/cocker/pekinese mix...we'll attach pictures to show you what that looks like. She is 4 yrs old and all of her life has been spent as an inside dog. She sleeps in a crate or your bed whichever is preferred. She is house trained, and very obedient. She doesn't like other dogs, upon first meeting, but can get used to another dog. She gets nervous around younger children (children 4 and under). She is up to date on all of her shots and takes heartworm prevention pills. She has not been fixed, but we are willing to do that before she goes to another home.
If you know anyone who would be a good fit for her please give them our number. We would like to meet with them to make sure we have a good fit. We are praying for this to happen quickly and that Flash would find a good and loving home.
